I.M.A. ADVANTAGES

• Each Pastor in the I.M.A. is autonomous.
• No official at any level may involve himself in the Pastor's church without permission of the Pastor. This basic tenet alleviates fears, streamlines progress, and gives great flexibility.
• The I.M.A. is not bound by the thinking of a few men in high places.
  • The power base of the I.M.A. is its many members from which flow bold and innovative ideas of all sorts and kinds.
  • Our officials are servants to the members and not rulers over the members.
