Hopefully, this will prove to be a greater way of communication from the IMA leadership and constituency. As you know we are featuring a page for notices and announcements so that people can find out about upcoming events. We also have a page for more immediate needs such as people who are sick, lost a loved one, or are out on ministry adventures and NEED OUR PRAYERS. Dr. Todd updates those two features and I will be manning the Chairman's Blog; so if it's your first time here, WELCOME! I believe God raised up technology to be a blessing to His church, equip his ministers, and build the Body of Christ.<br /><br />To start off with today, we will focus on the minister and his/her personal spiritual needs. We know that the whole church is under attack in unprecedented ways; and guess who the main target of this attack happens to be? Your right, if you guessed <strong>the minister</strong>; because Satan and those working on the dark side realize the words of the prophets and Jesus Christ which says: "smite the shepherd and the sheep will scatter."<br /><br />It's a day that leaders simply cannot compromise in any form with the sweet lullabies of this world. Personal prayer; adherence to the Scripture; connecting with like-minded ministers; and giving ourselves to the "ministry" (Acts 6:4) are all essential for us to overcome our adversary and be effective in kingdom business.<br /><br />If you care to contact me, I'd be obliged to hear from you.
